Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Buildly mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business use only, in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Copy, modify, or distribute the App without prior written consent
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Data Collection

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of technical data related to your device, system, and usage in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may provide access to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILDLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

10. Export Restrictions

You agree not to use or export the App in violation of applicable U.S. laws and regulations.

11. U.S. Government Rights

The App and related documentation are provided with "Commercial Items" rights and are licensed to the U.S. Government with only those rights as granted to all other users.

12. Severability & Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
